Assiniboia Hall

University of Alberta Campus (approx 92 Ave & 114 St), Edmonton

To commemorate the University’s only pre-World War I structures and their use then as administrative classroom and allied facilities before becoming two men’s residences: Athabasca, built 1911; Assiniboia (1912) and, fairest of all, Pembina, women’s dormitory, built 1914.
