Family Worship Centre

10605 96 Street Northwest, Edmonton

Formerly Bissell United and originally Grace Methodist churches, this 1913 building has had many other incarnations as well. It didn’t last long as a United church as when the United Church of Canada was established in 1925, the building itself was not required and the congregation went elsewhere. The building is still somewhat Gothic Revival in style with its corner tower and steeple and steep-pitched roof, but it has square windows rather than arched.
